Mobile Personal Training
We’re coming to you. a trainer will meet you at any apartment gym, house, park, or apartment. Our service does not extend to commercial gyms (i.e. Mountainside Fitness, Gold’s, etc.) .

We Have Equipment
We will bring up to 200 pounds worth of weights as well as resistance bands varying from 10 to 100 pounds, adjustable dumbbells and bars, and a weight bench. However, you will get a discount if you have your own equipment.

Normal rate: $90 hourly
Has their own equipment: $75 hourly
Friend: $50 for 1 hour, $90 for 2
Workout plan: $75
Plan and 3 sessions: $300
